Sullivan wasn’t used to this. Caring about people. Well sure, he cares about Tanya, but she’s never tried to run away from him before. Something in Sullivan actually kind of hurt when Serafina left. Even with Tanya, he didn’t actually feel hurt. He just felt a longing for her. It wasn’t too late for Sullivan to go and find Serafina; he was a tracker. He could find her even if she was halfway across the earth right now. Part of him wanted to, the other part needed him to keep his dominance. If he searched for her, that would show her a weakness. Serafina knowing one of Sullvan’s weaknesses wasn’t a good thing. Or would it make him closer to her?
Why the hell do you care, Sullivan? Oh yeah, because she’s my damn singer. That’s the only piece of the puzzle that kept Sullivan from running away from her too. There was no doubt in his mind that she had trouble running away from him, because if she was his singer, then he was hers. She knew that she was meant to be with him. Sullivan sighed and clenched his teeth as he stood up from the log. His temper took over now. He grabbed the nearest sycamore tree and squeezed it until it broke in half. Then he launched the remnants out into the forest, knocking down full grown trees along the way. His breathing was at nascar speed, his fists as tight as a stretched rubberband. He didn’t want to go to her, he needed to go to her.
He launched his body into her direction and followed her scent. It was deep within his memory by now, so he didn’t need to find it first. She had stopped at a club, of course, and burned it down. He knew that she survived, because he picked up her fresh scent going into another direction. Sullivan followed it directly into the motel. Fury still pulsed into his frozen veins. He smiled sweetly at the lady at the counter, leaning against it he spoke smoothly, manipulating her emotions into gullibility, “Good evening, dear, could you tell me where a beautiful lady recently went to? She has my skin tone, and long brown hair.” The old lady smiled adoringly and told him it was room 412. He nodded, and at a human pace he went to the door of her room. But he couldn’t go in yet, he had to calm down.

Stripping off her clothes Serafina took a long shower in the en-suite before she laid down on the bed. She pulled the blankets over herself and closed her eyes - not that she could sleep. Obviously. Vampires couldn't sleep. However, Serafina could imitate sleep. It was almost like resting, only her body didn't shut off. Neither did her mind or her senses. Soon enough she smelt Sullivan's scent, and anger slipped through her body. What could he want now? He was probably just pissed his toy had up and walked away. He never was one for liking his toys to have a mind of their own. Serafina knew she had two options. Well maybe three. One, she could wait for Sullivan to say or do whatever the hell he wanted. Two, she could kick his ass. Three, she could just run and figure out what to do if Sullivan followed her later.
Loosing her patience she sat up, grabbed her dress and pulled it on before yelling out at Sullivan.
"Oh for god's sake Sullivan! Can't one of your toys even leave now? If you hadn't got it bright spark I quit you and your stupid covern. Now leave me the hell alone. I have years to make up for which I had stupidly wasted on you."
She yelled at him through the door as she found her stilettos. It didn't take too long to find them and put them on before running a hand through her thick chocolate hair. It would be so easy to just jump out the window. Yet she still hadn't jumped. Then again she supposed she had to end things with Sullivan properly. He apparently hadn't taken 'get lost' for an answer. Just because Serafina was fed up of being his toy didn't mean her feelings for him had changed. A small part of her did still hope that he would transfer his obsession to her. Of course she knew that was probably never going to happen. Not with him so obsessed with Tanya. She had tried. She had even considered using her ability but in the end never had. Then again, deep down Serafina knew forcing him to transfer his obsession would never be the same as him doing it himself.
"Look, leave me alone Sullivan. Go find Tanya and do whatever the hell it is you do with her. I'm done. You had to of seen this coming after all these decades or centuries or however long its been since we met."
Serafina had never been one to wait on a man, or anyone for that matter. She just took what she wanted and moved on. However she had waited, so long, just for Sullivan. Clearly she must have been insane or something because as far as she could tell he had never felt anything but lust for her despite her various attempts to be more. Sighing in fustration Serafina walked over to the window and pulled it up. Perhaps it was a bit of a cowardly move but Serafina knew if she came face to face with Sullivan she would find it hard to stick to her decision. That, and well, his ability - if he used it - would make things even harder. She had never been able to say no to Sullivan before, and well, she was pretty sure that it would be really hard for her to keep to this no.

He stayed calm, although every lifeless bone in his body fought otherwise. His temper was like a werewolf’s. Once it went off, people could get hurt. And Sullivan wanted anything other than Serafina getting hurt because of him. She was yelling through the walls by now, it would definitely be audible to the human ears. His eyes closed. Serafina knew of his temper too, and she had seen it set off before. She wasn’t the line of destruction, in that instance. Right now he wanted to strangle her mouth, always talking too much. Too many words. Sullivan continued to listen to her, even though he could easily drain those words out. Oh, he wanted to, but he knows that he deserved them. But he was through with all this. It was his turn to speak now.
Opening the door, he watched as she opened her window. He didn’t stop moving toward her. He wouldn’t, couldn’t. ”Serafina. Look at me.” When Sullivan was angry, his irish accent became more intense, his lyrics flowed like breath-taking white rapids. One could feel the energy radiating off of him, and he knew that Serafina would definitely be able to. The last time he was angry, she was there to calm him down, but he doubted that would happen this time. He didn’t need help anyways. She needed to see that he was angry with her. He waited for her to look at him. She needed to hear what he was about to say. Sullivan didn’t even know what the hell he was about to say, but he had to.
The anger was decreasing gradually as he looked at her. The moment he walked into the door, his bright red orbs pinned to her similarly colored eyes. Right now, he could easily manipulate her emotions, make her forgive him. But he wouldn’t. He would try to respect what she was going through. Sullivan knew this was serious, but it was difficult for him to grasp the concept of Serafina leaving. His face was emotionless. Eerily stoic. Covering up every energy that bursted off of him, like arrays of neon lights, invisible.

Serafina could easily feel the anger radiating off Sullivan. Even without looking at him. Sullivan had been this angry before. The difference with those times however was that she had always been there to calm him down. Serafina had no intention of placing nice to calm him down this time. Nope. She planned to jump out the window and out-run Sullivan. After all they both knew that she was faster then him. Besides, she was sure he'd grow bored and tired of chasing her anyway. Still, Sullivan always sound so sexy when he was mad. His irish accent always came through more, and Serafina was definately a sucker for an irish accent. Serafina rolled her eyes as he demanded she look at him. He always demanded. At least, it felt like it to Serafina.
She sat on the window sill, half in and half out of the window before she turned her head to look at Sullivan. Despite being faster then Sullivan she knew he was stronger, and if he got angry enough he could quite easily tear her to shreds. If things ever got close enough for that scenario to happen Serafina's ability would come in handy. She could change the entire arguement leading up to it in his memory to a very loving and passionate moment which would most likely change his anger to lust, and so it would save herself from getting torn to shreds. Her ability was always useful, and she really liked it. It had definately come in use over the years. Even human Serafina had always had the ability to make a man forget what was going on and his purpose. It was a shame though that everything she had done to try and win Sullivan over had never worked. She had never had to try with anyone else. Especially so hard.
"Goodbye Sullivan."
Of course it was extremely hard for Serafina to leave him. Especially when he was so upset. All she wanted to do was wrap her arms around him and take him back to his house before giving him a massage to calm him down as she usually did. However she was so sick of being number two - if she was even that. She was always the one he came to when everyone else in the world was busy. At least, that was what it felt like and she was sick of it. She wanted him to come to see her because she was the best and first person he ever thought of. Not because she was some lovesick puppy that would do anything he asked for nothing in return. Serafina had come to feel like a ratty mixbreed dog he had picked up from the pound because the high class purebreed poodle just wouldn't give him the time of day and he needed something to make him feel good about himself even someone as inferior to him as her. It was crazy. Serafina knew she was every man's fantasy. Well, almost every man's fantasy. Feeling so little self worth around him was not her, and Serafina refused to stay in this rutt any more.
"Maybe your pet Tanya can kiss your wounded ego."
With that Serafina put the rest of her body out the window and jumped. She landed on the ground easily even with stilettos on - although she put a massive dent into the concrete.

Goodbye Sullivan. Alright, that was it. Sullivan had made a slight effort to bring her back, but he wouldn’t anymore. If Serafina really wanted to leave, he would let her. He was fighting himself from altering her emotions, to come back to him. Sullivan wouldn’t do it. If she wanted to leave, then leave. Sure, Sullivan cared, but he was trying to convince himself that he didn’t. He could have another girl soon, anyways. There was always Desdemona. So what if Serafina wasn’t in his coven anymore? He had two other powerful vampires that he led.
Maybe your pet Tanya can kiss your wounded ego. Sullivan smiled a wide smile at her, he could feel her lingering jealousy. His teeth were a bright white, like a million stars from the sky were sucked in to help his beauty. It’s not like he needed anymore. Maybe this was Sullivan’s chance to have a little fun, not having to worry about the over-obsessive Serafina killing the girl he wanted to mess with. “Mmm, goodbye my Serafina.” His voice was deep and alluring, looking completely satisfied with himself on the outside. But on the inside, he hoped she would come back. It was nearly impossible for a vampire to live without their singer. She would hurt, and so would he. But he would bare it. If she was going to act like this, he would fight the fact that she’s his singer.
Smoothly, he ran his hand through his hair, while his left was in his pocket. He pulled his leather jacket off and threw it on her bed. Just in case she wanted something to remember him by. He laughed at himself then, “Oh the lovely Serafina, always the charmer. Such manners to leave her coven leader like that.” His voice made it sound like he was taking this like a joke. But he did it just to piss her off, because he knew she was listening. With his dark, faded blue jeans, he walked out of the motel, not looking back her way one time. He would play this game too, if that made her come back.

"I am not yours! Thats the whole god damn point!"
Serafina snapped. She was feeling completely irritated, angry, pissed, and fustrated. He drove her insane. Why couldn't he just be decent for once? Perhaps it was time to alter his memories. At this point she didn't care if the reason he ended up loving her was because of a whole bunch of lies. At least she wouldn't be feeling all this pain, and he wouldn't be such an asshole. She would have exactly what she wanted, and Tanya would never be in that dumb head of his ever again. Besides, she'd get to feel him being romantic and obsessive over her. She was pretty sure flowers and regular romantic gifts as well as romantic gestures from Sullivan would outweigh any guilt or feeling that it wasn't real. After all, she would be doing the whole world a favour by putting Sullivan to better use.
Serafina watched him leave, noticing he didn't even look at her as he passed her. Nothing. He was shirtless too. Did he really thing being an obnoxious jerk would get her to come back? Nothing but romance, in Serafina's opinion, would ever get her to come back to him. Turning she walked back into the motel and went back into her motel room only to find his leather jacket on her bed. She knew it wasn't a present. He had left it to torture her, not to make her feel better. Sighing deeply she walked over to the bed and sat down on it before pulling the leather jacket against her chest. She inhaled his scent and closed her eyes. Why couldn't he just be the man she wanted? Oh right, because it was Sullivan.
"I hate you so much."
She murmurred to the jacket. Serafina couldn't help but growl a little before she tore the jacket to shreds. Gathering up all the shreds she threw them out the window hoping there would be a wind that could take them away. The only problem was that she felt so angry that she needed to beat something to shreds. Only, a human wasn't strong enough to take her beatings so that left vampire or shapeshifter, and she couldn't stand shapeshifters. Maybe it was time she gave Tanya a visit. Without a second thought she leapt out the window before running through italy towards Tanya's place. Of course she didn't think Sullivan would come after her now. He was probably long gone by now. Serafina doubted she'd ever see him again. Unfortunately. Maybe.
