on the second of may nineteen ninety eight, harry potter freed the
wizarding world from the reign of lord voldemort, who had killed
hundreds of people. so, the wizarding world celebrated for what
looked like a positive future and mourned for those they had lost.
however, their troubles were far from over. those death eaters who
managed to avoid capture for a number of weeks after the final fall of
voldemort decided to cause some chaos before the inevitable capture
occurred. the plan: to reveal magic to the muggles.
on the third of june nineteen ninety eight seven death eaters gathered in
london just outside westminister and started firing hexes into the crowd
hitting several muggles. the aurors - including harry potter and ronald
weasley - were called in to control the scene, but that could only mean
revealing themselves as well.
and so the muggles discovered magic.
it is now july nineteen ninety nine, and there have been countless
attacks between muggles and wizards. four sides had been formed: the
peaceful wizards, the violent wizards, the wizards in passing (peaceful
muggles) and the anti-wizard alliance (violent muggles). the ministers of
both sides are trying to persuade people to follow the peaceful side,
and harry potter is backing them.
